Bill Gramas is founder, chairman of the board of directors, and CEO of CodeRealm Corporation. He conceived our company in February 2004. Bill was a highly respected Wall Street software industry equity analyst with Gruntal & Co. and L.H. Friend & Co. He began his 19-year Wall Street career with Mellon Bank, and learned the technology and software industries while with Hambrecht & Quist and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Bill’s public media (TV, radio, and print) appearances and presentations include CNN, NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, The Nightly Business Report, Barron’s, Investors Business Daily, Red Herring, The Street.com, Radio Wall Street, and The New York Society of Security Analysts. Bill received his MBA in finance from The George Washington University and his BA from Marquette University.

Wayne Nicholas is CodeRealm Corporationís Vice President of Engineering. He brings 30 plus years of in-depth experience
from an extremely wide range of industries including military technology, aerospace, transportation, education & course
development, agriculture, aquaculture, watershed management, structural & building construction and robotics. Wayne has
carried many technological projects from conception through specification, R&D, production, training for support & sales,
and deployment to customers. He also developed one of the first communications protocols used for statistical multiplex
satellite communications, standardized keyboard communications protocols, command/com protocols for various graphic engines,
and an inexpensive cabling method allowing standard RS232 communications for cable lengths of a mile. World Bank of San
Francisco, General Motors of Germany, and KFA (the science and technology clearing house in Europe) have requested Wayne
by name to provide optimization solutions for their needs.
